Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours or before dispatched; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] 

 

Return Policy

As we are not a manufacturer, we are unable to accept the returned item that you have ordered; unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted. If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to [email protected] within 2 days upon receiving your order. When you receive your order, you have up to 2 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and in original packaging. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Soluwise Label Printing Equipment LLC. You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. Once your email is received the incorrect or damaged, a return is approved for an exchange (subject to approval). Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

How do I return an item?

If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to [email protected] within 2 days upon receiving your order. When you receive your order, you have up to 2 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and in original packaging. They must be in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Soluwise Label Printing Equipment LLC. You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. Once you inform us about the return and we issue a Return ID Number, a return is approved for a refund or an exchange (both subject to approval). If an item is returned for a full refund at customer’s request, we will charge a 20% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping cost (which will be on customer’s end).

Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together. Please return items to the address given at the time of return along with a note containing your Return ID number.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
